What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a therapeutic way of breathing.
It uses specific techniques that activate a deep state of relaxation in the body.

A moment just for you
During a session, you get the chance to release energies that may feel stuck. It is a moment entirely for yourself, away from the noise and stress of the outside world. The focus lies fully on you and your breath.

After a session
You may notice that you feel very tired. This is a sign that you’ve been able to let go of old burdens. It often leaves you feeling freer, lighter, and deeply relaxed, as if you’ve come closer to yourself and created space for new things.

The process
Breathwork gently guides you to release, step by step, and helps you reconnect with yourself.

My role as facilitator
It’s important to know that ultimately, you are the one doing the work. I am here to guide and support you throughout the process. I offer a safe space, but you decide how far you want to go.

so that you can join from the comfort of your own space.

  • 1:1 Session – €95
    Personal guidance, tailored to your needs. Duration: 1 hour.

  • Group Session – €49,50 per person
    Available on request, for a minimum of 5 participants. Duration: 1,5 hours.
